The house is within a 17th century Venetian palazzo and consists of 15 apartments. The house is fully refurbished. Each of the apartments is named after a famous Venetian artist. There is a 24 hours service available, a charming family atmosphere, nice shared spaces and small and very nice entrance hall. There are superior apartments, and classic apartments with a view and standard (without a special view).
Each apartment is non-smoker and has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine and internet.
The location is very favorable, however difficult to reach via the Vaporettos, the Venetian water taxis. For walking tours however it is very well suited. It is more or less right inbetween San Marco square and the Rialto bridge, close to the going-out-at-night place at Campo Santo Stefano. It is also very close to the Operata, the Teatro la Fenice. So, you are in the middle of action in Venice.
